Our cattle are 100% grass-fed, mob grazing our organic pastures as many days out of the year as possible and supplemented with organic hay in the winter when needed. We run primarily Angus/Hereford genetics with a few Texas Longhorns making a unique lineup for for hardy cows and quality beef. Since our cows NEVER eat grain we are confident that you are receiving the healthiest, most natural finished beef that nature can offer.
